Qualified candidates with degrees in aerospace engineering, mathematics, computer science, control theory, robotics, or closely related fields are encouraged to apply.

- The preferred minimum TOEFL score for admissions is 213 (computer-based), 79 (IBT Internet-based) or 8.5 (Essentials). The preferred IELTS score is 6.0. The preferred Duolingo score is 105. The preferred EIKEN score is Pre-1. The preferred Cambridge score is 170.
- GRE requirement is 160 for PhD, and 158 for Master.
