This had been planned for a long long time, and finally we gathered together at Joy Luck Buffet in Port Orange. I'm very grateful that I can have all of you guys around me.

The ALPENGLOW lab has showcased three presentations in three distinct research directions

• Satellite Recovery using Reinforcement Learning under Unknown Attitude Failure: Sun-searching Implementation (to be presented by Matthew Willoughby)
• Simulation of Orbit Determination Using Relative Measurements from Satellites in Mega-Constellation (to be presented by Chinmay Gaikwad)
• Simulation Results on Navigation Performance of a Cislunar Constellation Design using ER3BP Periodic Orbits (to be presented by Filipe Senra)

Great jobs and congratulations!

Our lab moved to the S-buidling, room S-122. All the stuffs have been set up with the help from all the students. Each student has at least two monitors to work. Movable whiteboards are provided for research use like scratching or quick prototyping. And all the workstations also finally got a place permanently, with remote access through ERAU Ethernet or VPN from designated students.

4th IAA Conference on Space Situational Awareness

Joseph Nikolai Wilhelm has presented our work “Conjunction Analysis using SGP4 and TLE, Enhanced by Machine Learning Approach.”

One paper (AAS-23-392, Segmented Fitting Representations of Cislunar Navigation Satellite Constellation) was presented at 2023 AAS/AIAA Astrodynamics Specialist Conference, Big Sky, MT, August 13-17, 2023 (conference page).
